How to use: Place hot pack on flat surface and snap the metal disc a few times, until it clicks. Allow 10 seconds for heat to spread. Quickly twist and squeeze the pack to achieve maximum heat.

To re-use: The pack needs to be reversed back to original condition to be able to be used again. Wrap in cloth or a tea towel & place in a boiling water until all crystals have dissolved. Let the pack cool off and follow instructions on "How to use".
