PROMOGRAN Protease Modulating Matrix® is sterile, freeze-dried composite of 55% collagen and 45% oxidised regenerated cellulose (ORC). PROMOGRAN® is designed to promote an optimal healing environment.
In the presence of exudate the PROMOGRAN® protease modulating matrix transforms into a soft and conformable, biodegradable gel: this allows contact with all areas of the wound.
