Description
Venturi oxygen masks are intended for administration of oxygen when precise control of inspired oxygen concentration is mandatory. During inspiration the patient draws gases both from oxygen flowing into the mask through the tubing, as well as from room air via ports on the sides of the mask. Oxygen concentration delivered is depending on the size of diluter. The masks are connected directly to a compressed air or oxygen supply.
